CAMPUS SUMMARY
Mercy School of Nursing offers a nineteen month diploma program that prepares the student to become a Registered Nurse. Mercy provides students with a quality nursing education that prepares them to practice in today's health care environment. Faculty members are experienced nurse educators with Master's degrees. The curriculum blends classroom instruction and clinical practice to give the student a wide range of nursing experiences. The program consists of five semesters. Located in Charlotte, NC, the school is conveniently located in the southern part of Mecklenberg County.


UNIQUE PROGRAMS
Mercy School of Nursing also offers an accelerated nursing curriculum for advanced students. The program can be completed in four semesters and is an option for students entering in the summer or fall semesters. Students who wish to accelerate must complete the general education courses prior to enrollment. Mercy School of Nursing offers a part-time evening and weekend program in the fall. This option is for adults who would like to pursue a career in nursing, but have to work weekdays. Applicants must have all general education coursework done prior to enrollment. Students do not attend school in the summers.
