The College Foundation of North Carolina (CFNC) and the Carolinas Association of Collegiate Registrars and Admissions Officers (CACRAO) are cosponsoring College Application Week to be held November 16-20, 2009.
Seniors, please complete the 5 question online Senior Survey for College Application Week.
Class of 2010 Welcome Letter from Governor PerdueIn addition, please complete the Student Handbook & College Application Checklist. CFNC encourages all students to print and complete the College Application Checklist prior to the event as it has all the information needed to complete an online application. Your school's Site Coordinator (in many cases your guidance counselor) will have copies available in October.
Please check out the list of participating high schools (updated week of November 16, 2009). At these schools, counselors will be on hand to assist you. Remember, if your school is not participating, you can still apply online through CFNC.org!
Finally, please review the application fees and payment methods. Application fees vary by institution and several colleges have waived their application fee during College Application Week. If you used a fee waiver to take the SAT, you may also qualify for a college application fee waiver. If you think you may be eligible for an application fee waiver, contact your high school counselor.
