International students do NOT use this application (you are considered an international student if you do not hold dual citizenship or permanent residency). You can log in later and resume your application or make changes by clicking the 'Save' button. Your failure to provide complete, accurate, and truthful information on this application will be grounds to deny or withdraw your admission, or dismiss you after enrollment. When you are finished, click the 'SUBMIT' button on the left column of any application screen. You cannot make changes to your application after it has been submitted. If you are applying to 2 different arts departments, you must complete a second application and submit a second application fee. Application Agreement Statement and Payment Print the application agreement statement that appears after you submit the application. Mail the signed agreement statement to the Office of Admissions, 1533 South Main Street, Winston-Salem, NC 27127. If you did not pay by credit card, please send the application agreement statement along with your non-refundable $60 application fee (U.S. citizens or Permanent Residents) or $110 (international applicants) to the Office of Admissions, 1533 South Main Street, Winston-Salem, NC 27127. International Applicants should submit with the application a nonrefundable application fee of $110 payable in U.S. dollars.  Checks or money orders should be made payable to UNCSA. After you complete a screen, click the NEXT button at the bottom or on one of the sections listed on the left column to move to a different screen. Before you are allowed to jump screens, we will inspect your data on the current screen for errors or inconsistencies. If errors or omissions are found, you will be returned to the screen to correct your answer(s). Otherwise, your data will be saved and you will proceed to the requested screen. We also allow you to skip to another screen without your new data being saved. Be aware that if you use the Skip & Jump function on the left column, data on the current screen will not be saved and will have to be re-entered prior to submittal.
